    It's eh.

The sandwiches have a nice crispy crunch to them. It smells good with a hint of butter smell. The pork bologna is thickly sliced with a good amount of pickled vegetables. The pate lacks flavor and the soy sauce was meh. Overall, nothing to write home about.

The store has a lot of snack foods such as spring roll and banh cuon. They do offer some noodle soups like bun muc.

The last time I came here will hopefully be the last time I see a cockroach. I mean, of course, this place is located in the midst of Little Saigon so that you might expect a bug. Or three. Maybe even a rat. I mean... C'mon. You're in America now, not in the dirty streets of Hanoi, Vietnam.

Secondly, Teo's Sandwiches are known for their sandwiches, given the name. However, you have gotten some... competition like Banh Mi Che Cali and Saigon's Bakery. They offer "Buy 2, get 1 free" banh mi. Teo sandwiches does not have that offer at all! Furthermore, their sandwiches are either a hit or miss. Sometimes, the ingredients are fresh, and other times, the ingredients are rubbery and/or taste old. Even if you slather your ingredients in sauce, I can still taste if the meat is stale or not. Can't trick me this time, Teo's Sandwiches!

I mean, I do have to point out that they have "Buy 2, get 1 free" boba. That is, if you want to spend $6 dollars for three drinks. ORRRR, you can spend $3 on two drinks at Banh Mi Che Cali. You know, they only changed the sizing for Thai Tea if you wanted to include that for your "Buy 2 get 1 free" deal. They made the size smaller. What? WHY? I don't understand. It was a good deal to me for 3 Thai Tea drinks for $6. Now, they made the size much smaller. I'd rather go to Banh Mi Che Cali for that now.

What's more is that they constantly change the prices for everything. You can even see the tape on their billboard. Especially the sandwiches! I used to pay 2.50 for a sandwich and now it's 4 dollars and change.

2 stars. They charge 50 cents for water. What if somebody was dying of dehydration? That'll be 50 cents please. I am not giving them a one star because there is worse if you look hard enough.

They accept credit cards with a $20 minimum purchase. The sign says credit card, not debit. They need to fix their sign to say debit and credit. I told the cashier that and she ignored me.  I know she heard me. Because after that, she said she has to charge me 0.50 and I said you need to fix your sign and she proceeded to charge my card. I'm not mad over the 0.50 charge, I'm mad over the fact that credit and debit cards are different and should be specified accordingly.

On my receipt, she charged 0.50 and handwrote that it was for "under $20 fee." She did not dare to write under $20 credit card fee or under $20 card fee because I used a debit card when their sign clearly says $20 minimum purchase for usage of credit cards.

I could not take a picture of the sign that said that because it was posted right at the monitor of the cash register and it would look like i am taking a picture of the cashier.

FIX YOUR SIGN TO SAY BOTH DEBIT AND CREDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the best places in Little Saigon for banh mi and take out. You can watch the employee prep your banh mi and they add this amazing sauce which ties in all the ingredients. I bought banh cuon too and it was the perfect texture. If I had places like this in the IE, I would never cook. They have so many options besides sandwiches and drinks, like noodle soups, breads, desserts, and more.

One star here, this place is ways over price.
No customer service what so ever.
Early morning around 9am, waited for at least 10 minutes only one cashier ( what the fffff??? It the morning rush.)
Finally order two baguette and its fkcing cold, ask for the warm and she said there no more left.
2.75 for two vs. 2 even at lee's sandwiches.
Few time at this place already never again.
